Located in a strategic city location, the hotel establishes itself as a new benchmark, blending contemporary design, custom FF&E, and meticulous spatial planning characteristic of high-end hospitality design.

The hotel's interior design project unfolds through a precise combination of noble materials, vertical geometries, and carefully choreographed lighting. Fluted columns, reflective ceilings, and suspended light fixtures create a cohesive spatial language that accompanies guests throughout their journey.

Common areas like the restaurant, lobby, lounge, and the different transition areas are designed as fluid spatial sequences where comfort and aesthetics converse in perfect balance. The material palette combines natural stone, warm woods, refined metals, and rich textiles, bringing depth and character to every setting.

One of the project's most distinctive elements is its elevated sky bar, positioned at over 250 meters high, making it a destination in its own right within the city. This space blends interior design, exclusive styling, and fine dining, offering panoramic views and an immersive atmosphere.
